Once your proposal is approved, we take it from there. Our concierge-level service begins with scheduling the project around your ideal timeframe — discreetly and efficiently — so you can focus on living, not logistics.
You'll receive a personalized overview of everything needed to prepare your space, including your role in clearing furnishings and personal items. From that point on, our entire team becomes your support system — led by your dedicated project manager, but backed by every expert behind the scenes to ensure nothing is overlooked. Your project manager will visit the site in advance, review every inch of prep, order materials, and ensure your home is fully prepared before our craftsmen arrive.
For NYC residences and luxury apartment buildings, we liaise directly with building management to streamline all approvals. We handle certificates of insurance, submit scope documentation, and provide production schedules tailored to your building's requirements — so nothing delays your project. RUBIO MONOCOAT
Monocoat all-natural oil wood floor finishes are plant-based, VOC-free and completely non-toxic oil finishes of extraordinary durability. Available in clear finish and more than 30 color finishes, all apply evenly in a single coating. All Monocoat finishes are easily maintained, and provide a subtle luster that reveals and complements, rather than covers, the natural grain and patina of the wood.
VERMEISTER
ZERO VOC is a completely solvent-free water based aliphatic polyurethane finish. ZERO VOC can be used as a single component product or as two-component product after adding ZERO VOC BOOST. Produced with partially renewable raw materials. ZERO VOC is ideal for use in the green building sector and when applied directly to the wood it does not alter the shade and gives it a very natural effect. Available in matte finish or satin finish.
LOW VOC FINISHES
WOCA
WOCA Oil Finish is the leading plant-based, environmentally responsible, sustainable, nonpolluting, durable wood finish, with no artificial color pigments or preservatives.
Oil finishes currently used in the U.S. are primarily tung oil based or similar. These oils, while they do penetrate and dry, do not harden and will not provide the best protection against wear and stains.
WOCA oils, containing primarily cold pressed vegetable oils and aromatic hardening oils, penetrate into the surface of the wood floor and, as they cure, harden to form a very protective surface that becomes part of the wood floor. This means that normal wear and tear, such as small scratches and indentations, do not show up as much as on a floor with a urethane finish.
